Sound Scene XII: AMPLIFY was organized by the sound collective DC Listening Lounge. For the past four years the event has united local, national and international audio creators in transforming the Smithsonian Hirshhorn Museum & Sculpture Garden into a two day interactive sonic wonderland.
Reverberation Station
Close your eyes and imagine a place where every word you wanted to say bounced around in concert with your thoughts. Who are you talking to? What do you want to be saying? The Reverberation Station is an interactive installation with analog means of accessing the sound waves that surround us.
